Shipping Policy – Our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7-14 business days to process, fulfill, and ship out your order. Orders with express shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. (Note: Holidays and sales may delay this timeframe)

The shipping time displayed at checkout are the times of the shipping carrier for shipment, not the time of processing and fulfillment. 

Please ensure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Once an order has been shipped, Honey Factory Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Refund Policy – Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@honeyfactoryco.com so that we may assist you. ALL sales are final.
